Can I include seat assignments or specific gate info on the ticket?

Yes. Every column in your Google Sheet (e.g., 'Row', 'Seat Number', 'Gate Entrance') works as a dynamic field. You can display these prominently on the PDF ticket to help ushers direct traffic.

How do I limit the number of guests per graduate?

You define the list. If a student is allowed 4 guests, you can generate one ticket valid for 4 people, or send 4 separate tickets to that student's email. The system tracks exactly what you input.

Is there a limit to how many graduates we can process?

The system currently supports up to 10,000 attendees per event. This is sufficient for most high school and university department ceremonies.

Ceremony Logistics

Our gymnasium has poor WiFi. Will scanning still work?

Yes. The tracking app has an offline mode. Simply sync your attendee list to the device before the ceremony starts, and you can validate tickets without an active internet connection.

Can we have different check-in points for Graduates vs. Families?

Absolutely. You can create different 'Sessions' or check-in lists. Ushers at the 'Student Entrance' scan against the graduate list, while ushers at the 'Main Entrance' scan guest tickets.

How much does it cost for a school event?

For small ceremonies (under 20 people), it is free. For larger events, we offer affordable credits. Notably, for student-run events, we offer a free 'Sponsored Mode' for up to 10,000 attendees.
