Yes. Every column in your Google Sheet (e.g., 'Table Number', 'Donor Tier', 'Dietary Restrictions') is synced. You can view this data instantly upon scanning to welcome VIPs appropriately.

Can I send multiple tickets to a Table Host?

Yes. If a donor bought a table, you can send all tickets to their single email address. You can configure the system to send one email with multiple tickets, or separate emails for each guest.

Is there a cost for non-profits?

You can test the system for free with up to 20 guests. For student-run charity events, the 'Sponsored' mode is free for up to 10,000 attendees. For professional galas, flexible pricing and credit bundles are available.

Volunteers & Check-in

Can I have multiple volunteers scanning at once?

Absolutely. You can add as many check-in accounts as you need. This is perfect for large events where you need multiple entry lanes to prevent queues.

Does it work if the venue has poor internet?

Yes. You can sync the attendee list to your volunteers' devices beforehand. The app will validate tickets offline and sync the data back to your Google Sheet once a connection is restored.
