Curate Your Guest List

Start by listing your attendees in a Google Sheet. Include columns for 'Name', 'Email' (or 'Phone' for WhatsApp), and any special details like 'Table Number', 'Dietary Restrictions', or 'VIP Status'. These details can be displayed on the ticket or shown to your door staff upon scanning.

Design & Send Invitations

Open the 'QR Code Ticket' add-on. Use the designer to add your event's branding—upload a gala logo or a thematic background. Map your spreadsheet columns to the ticket fields. Once satisfied with the preview, generate and send the QR codes via email or WhatsApp with a single click.

The Red Carpet Experience

On the day of the event, have your door staff download our mobile check-in app. Sync the guest list from your spreadsheet. As guests arrive, scan their QR codes to instantly validate them. The app will show their name and table number, allowing for a warm, personal welcome while keeping the line moving fast.
