Can I send invitations via WhatsApp?

Yes. If your list includes phone numbers, you can choose to send the QR code tickets directly via WhatsApp, which is perfect for informal gatherings and ensures high visibility.

Is this free for small events?

Yes! You can use the full system for free for up to 20 attendees per event. This allows you to test the entire workflow before committing.

At The Door

What if the venue has poor Wi-Fi?

No problem. You can sync your attendee list to the check-in app beforehand. Once synced, you can scan tickets and validate guests completely offline.

Can I have someone help me check people in?

Absolutely. You can add as many check-in agents (scanners) as you need. Just have them download the app and scan the 'Admin' QR code from your spreadsheet to get access.
