Our venue has poor reception/WiFi. Will it work?

Yes. The check-in app has a robust offline mode. Simply sync your guest list to the device before the event starts, and you can scan tickets and validate guests without any internet connection.

Can my Wedding Planner and Maid of Honor both help with check-in?

Yes, you can add as many check-in accounts (coordinators) as needed. They just need to download the app and scan the configuration code you provide.
