There is no limit or restriction on fields. Every column in your Google Sheet (Name, Employee ID, Department, dietary restrictions) becomes a field you can use on the ticket or for validation.

Can I track attendance for multi-day seminars or different breakout sessions?

Yes. You can create as many 'Sessions' as needed. This allows you to scan codes separately for Day 1, Day 2, or specific workshops like 'Morning Track A' and 'Afternoon Track B'.

Can I use this for mandatory training compliance?

Absolutely. Since the system records the exact timestamp of every scan directly into your Google Sheet, you have an auditable digital log of exactly when each participant arrived.

During the Workshop

Does the scanning work offline?

Yes. Training rooms often have poor connectivity. You can sync your attendee list to the mobile app beforehand and validate tickets entirely offline. Data syncs back when you regain connection.

Can I have multiple trainers scanning at the same time?

Yes, you can add as many check-in accounts as needed. This is perfect for large events with multiple entry points or concurrent breakout sessions.

What if an attendee forgets their QR code?
