Print a full sheet of QR code labels from your list

Paste values or upload a CSV, choose your label paper, check the exact starting position, and download an aligned PDF. No sign-in and no row-data upload.

Updated August 13, 2026. Publisher: QR Code Ticket by Darkaa.

Built for the paper already on your desk

This is not another single-image QR generator. It maps every row to a physical label position and keeps the page geometry stable for printing.

Standard label presets

Avery 5160, 8160, 5163, 8163, L7160, and L7163 on Letter or A4 paper.

Partly used sheets

Click the first unused label instead of calculating an offset or wasting the rest of the sheet.

Alignment test

Print a plain-paper test first, diagnose shifts, and keep those corrections in the final PDF.

How to make printable QR labels from a CSV

01

Paste values or upload a CSV

Use one value per line or select the spreadsheet columns that should become QR codes and printed labels.

02

Choose the label sheet

Select an Avery preset, A4 or Letter paper, or enter the measurements of a custom sheet.

03

Check placement and alignment

Preview the sheet, choose the first unused label when needed, and print a plain-paper alignment test.

04

Download the print-ready PDF

Print at Actual size or 100 percent so the QR codes line up with the physical labels.

Use your own IDs, URLs, or labels

Choose one CSV column for the QR value and another for the text people can read. The tool flags blank values, duplicate QR codes, dense codes, and text that will not fit before you risk label stock.

  • Asset and equipment IDs
  • Storage bins and shelf locations
  • Product, sample, parcel, or job references
  • Website and form URLs

Your rows stay in your browser

The QR images and PDF are generated on your device. The label values are not uploaded to Darkaa, and no account is required.

Printing labels or tracking scans?

Use the free generator when you only need a printable sheet. If each scan should record history, update status, prevent repeat use, or show customer progress, connect the labels to a tracked workflow instead.

QR label sheet questions

Can I make a sheet of different QR codes from a CSV?

Yes. Upload a CSV or paste a table, choose the column for the QR code and the optional printed text, then download one PDF containing the full label sheet.

Does the QR label generator upload my spreadsheet rows?

No. The tool reads your rows and creates the PDF in your browser. It does not upload the row values to Darkaa or require an account.

Can I print on a partly used label sheet?

Yes. Choose the first unused label on a visual sheet map. The preview shows which positions are skipped and where the new labels will print.

Which label sheets are supported?

The tool includes Avery 5160, 8160, 5163, 8163, L7160, and L7163 presets for Letter and A4 paper. You can also enter custom label measurements.

Can these labels track assets or item status?

The free generator prints the QR values you provide. For scan history, status changes, and customer progress links, use QR Code Status Tracker for Google Sheets.

Your rows are ready. Make the labels.

Start with a plain-paper test, then print the final PDF on your label sheet.
