When tickets wait because of the daily email limit
Google™ allows only so many emails per day from your account. When a rush of responses goes past that number, the add-on does not throw those tickets away: it keeps them for the next day, and shows a page called Emails not sent, with the number waiting.
Look at how many are waiting
Open the Emails not sent card on your dashboard. It shows every response held back.
Wait for the limit to reset, or send them yourself
You get a fresh allowance every day, and the waiting tickets go out on their own. If you are in a hurry, you can also send them yourself from this page once the new day has started.
Plan ahead for big events
If you expect several hundred sign-ups in one day, tell us before your event and we set up a sending address that is not limited that way.
How it works
Example
Six hundred people sign up on launch day. The first batch leaves immediately, the rest arrive the next morning, without you doing anything.
Avoid these mistakes
- Do not fill in your form again for the people who are waiting. They would then get two tickets.
- A Google Workspace™ account has a higher daily limit than a free Gmail account.
