Name your sessions
Use names your door staff will recognise at a glance. These become the buttons on the scanner.

Who may enter what?
Tap a box to switch it between yes and no. Three sample guests are filled in so you can see the pattern — or start from a preset.
The golden rule: the column name must match the session name exactly. Rename one without the other and nobody gets in — you will see this fail in step 5.

Your list, after QR tickets
Each guest gets one QR ticket that works for every session. The yes/no answers decide which doors it opens.
