Check guests in on event day
Use this on the day itself. Your staff scan the guests, guests do not scan anything.
Step 1
Open the scanner and allow the camera
Do this once before doors open, on every phone that will scan.
Step 2
Scan tickets one after another
Guests show their ticket on their phone or on paper. A sound confirms each accepted scan.
Step 3
Watch the message on screen
The guest name appears when the ticket is valid. A refused scan tells you why, for example already used.
How it works
Scan ticket
Capture GPS
Collect signature
Report row updated
Example
When Ada Mensah arrives, staff scan the ticket and the name appears with a confirmation sound.
Avoid these mistakes
- Keep the phone screen bright; dim screens slow scanning down.
- If the venue has weak internet, prepare offline check-in before the event.
- One phone per queue works better than several people sharing one device.
