Fix your guest list after tickets were created
Use this when your sheet changed after QR codes were created.
Step 1
Details changed: use Update existing attendees
This copies the new values from your sheet to the check-in app. Tickets already sent stay valid.
Step 2
Someone cancelled: use Remove extra attendees
It removes people who are no longer in your sheet, so their ticket stops working at the door.
Step 3
Removed by mistake: use Restore removed attendees
It brings back people you removed, with their original ticket.

Example
If Ada Mensah changes table or ticket type in the sheet, updating attendee data makes staff see the new details while scanning.
Avoid these mistakes
- Editing the sheet alone is not enough; the check-in app only learns about changes when you update attendee data.
- Deleting a row does not cancel the ticket until you remove extra attendees.
- Check the preview list before confirming a removal.
