Pause or restart automatic ticket sending

Use this while you are still testing your form, or after registration closes. Responses keep arriving in your form either way; only the tickets wait.

The page that pauses or restarts automatic ticket sending.
Pause while you rehearse, restart when your event opens. Tap it to see it bigger.
Step 1

Open Pause/restart processing

It is on the dashboard, under your ticket pages.

Step 2

Press pause

New responses stop receiving their ticket straight away. Your form still works and still records every answer.

Step 3

Restart when you are ready

Press restart on the same page. To send the tickets missed while you were paused, open Send missing QR code tickets.

How it works

What pausing stops, and what it does not While sending is paused, the form keeps working and keeps every answer. Only the tickets wait, until you restart and catch up. Pause/restart processing Send tickets automatically Paused since Friday, 6 responses waiting Still working Your form, and every answer people send. On hold The ticket emails, until you restart. Restart, then Send missing QR code tickets Restarting alone does not send the tickets missed while you were paused.
Your form never stops. Only the tickets wait for you.

Example

You pause on Friday to rehearse with your team, restart on Monday morning, then catch up the weekend responses in one press.
