Use this before doors open when scanners may lose connectivity.

Step 1

Enable offline sync

This adds an offline sync action in the check-in app.

Step 2

Sync while online

Each device should download attendee data before losing internet.

Step 3

Use Find, then Check-in

Scanners can look up tickets from local synced data and record check-ins.

How it works

Checking guests in without internet Each phone downloads the guest list while it still has internet, scans without a connection, and sends the check-ins once it is back online. Before doors open, with internet Turn on offline use in settings Each phone downloads the guest list the venue has no signal Welcome Found on this phone Ada Mensah No internet needed to recognise the ticket back online later Scans reach your reports only once the phone finds internet again, so reconnect every phone after the event.
Download the list before doors open, scan without internet, reconnect afterwards.

Example

Ada Mensah can be found from synced data even when the scanner is offline.
