Columns the add-on adds to your sheet
The add-on never changes your own columns. It adds its own, between square brackets, to the right of your data.

Good to know
- Do not rename or reorder these columns; the add-on looks for them by name.
- Deleting a line in your sheet does not cancel that ticket on its own.
- The check-in status column reads live data, so it can take a moment to refresh.
