Let your team scan tickets too

Use this when more than one person will be scanning at the door.

The Check-in app access page, with ways to open the scanner and share it with your team.
Everything your team needs to start scanning is on this one page. Tap it to see it bigger.
Step 1

Open Check-in app access

This page holds everything your team needs: the scanner link, a QR code to open it on a phone, and the option to send it by email.

Step 2

Add one account per colleague

Give each colleague their own access, so reports can tell you who scanned which guest.

Step 3

Send them the link before event day

Ask them to open it once, allow the camera, and add it to their home screen. No password to remember.

How it works

Each colleague scans with their own access Giving every colleague their own access lets the report show how many guests each of them welcomed. Check-in app access Ana own link Ben own link Chris own link each colleague scans with their own link Guests welcomed, per colleague Ana 48 guests Ben 31 guests Chris 17 guests Share one single link with everybody and the report cannot tell who welcomed whom.
One access each, so the report can tell your colleagues apart.

Example

Two colleagues scan at two doors, and the report shows how many guests each of them welcomed.
