Max check-ins per attendee

Use this when each attendee has a different allowed number of entries.

Max check-ins per attendee illustration

How it works

Example max check-ins column and scan result A row with max check-ins set to two allows the first two scans and blocks the third scan. Attendee sheet NameMax check-ins Ada Mensah2 Scan 1Allowed Scan 2Allowed Scan 3Blocked The scanner stops accepting this attendee after the saved limit is reached.
Step 1

Choose a check-in type that allows repeats

This setting only works when your check-in type allows the same attendee to be checked in more than once.

Step 2

Create a max check-ins field

Put the allowed scan count for each attendee in that field.

Step 3

Select it as Max check-ins source

The scanner blocks scans after the attendee reaches their own limit.

Example

Ada Mensah with Max check-ins = 2 can pass twice. The third scan fails.
